We are in the process of upgrading all of our shared hosting servers to increase their performance and capacity. One of the servers has a planned maintenance window for it to be upgraded as below::

. Expected Downtime:
30 minutes
. Reason:
We are upgrading the hardware of our Viper (FTP1) & Magma (FTP4) servers to increase the performance of the server.
. Affected Services:
All services on the Viper (FTP1) & Magma (FTP4) servers such as web-sites and E-mail
will be offline for 30 minutes during the maintenance window, any E-mail
received during this time will be queued and delivered when the server
is back online.
