If you having trouble adding IMAP accounts to the new Outlook 365 because there is no option for the user name in the format that is on control panel, for example: info-yourdomain-com
You can access the old add system in Windows 10 by going to the start menu and going to the control panel option, note this done by scrolling through the list of options and is different to the settings option. Then on this page search for mail and you will see an option “Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) (32 bit) use this to add the account with the username.
