Some customers that have sent emails to Gmail accounts have had their emails returned due to a lack of an SPF record. You can add the default SPF record via your control panel.
Manage Domain > DNS Management > Scroll down to TXT Records and add the following to the text field and click the Update DNS button.
v=spf1 include:secureserver.net exists:%{i}.mta.spf.extendcp.co.uk exists:%{i}.web.spf.extendcp.co.uk -all
A Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record is used for E-mail authentication. Our default SPF record authenticates sending from our servers, the domain A record and the domain MX record.
