It has been brought to our attention that some customers are not receiving their renewal reminders. Due to the emails being bounced.
Renewal reminders are sent by the registrar on our behalf and this is causing issues with email authentication.
We will hopefully have a solution to resolve this issue.
It is your responsibility to ensure renewal payments are made on time.
