5.7 to MySQL 8.0, please see the details of this upgrade below:

upgrade takes place so your websites may show database connection
errors during this time.
WordPress and other up-to-date software should be compatible with MySQL
8.0. We will try to maximise compatibility but if you run older software
you may need to check with the software vendor.
