What You Need to Do:
If You Do Not Have an SPF Record Set Up
If your domain does not yet have an SPF record, you will need to add the following record to your DNS settings:
v=spf1 include:soverin.net include:secureserver.net exists:%{i}.mta.spf.extendcp.co.uk exists:%{i}.web.spf.extendcp.co.uk -all
Follow these steps:
Log in to your Domain Control Panel and navigate to ‘DNS Management’. You can also navigate via the “Manage Domain” link via your web hosting control panel (top of page)
Locate ‘TXT Records’ and enter your SPF record in the ‘Text’ field
Click ‘Update DNS’ to save your changes
Please allow 24 hours for any DNS changes to fully resolve.
