Multi Server Status

Investigating – We are currently seeing a large amount of emails being deferred when sending to hotmail/outlook and other microsoft addresses. This includes and domains that have emails hosted with outlook services.

This looks to be caused by a limit on their servers restricting the amount of emails that can be received from our shared mailservers. Our admin team is currently investigating and attempting to contact them for further details, or a possible work around.

On inspection this may not be effecting all emails sent to these addresses, but a large amount are being blocked. This will cause bouncebacks to the sender, so you can see which emails have been blocked.

Our apologies for any inconvenience caused here in the meantime.

*** This upgrade is for the MySQL database software only, the version of PHP will stay the same. ***

Affecting accounts with login at http://controlpanel.cc

We will be upgrading the version of the MySQL database software on our
Viper (FTP1) server from 5.1 to 5.5. Our current 5.1 version has now
reached end-of-life and modern software and scripts are now starting to
require the new features of 5.5.

Maintenance Window:

24/03/2015 – 23:00 to 23:59 GMT

You don’t need to make any changes for this upgrade.

Your web-sites or applications may display intermittent database
connection errors during the maintenance window and after the upgrade
they will continue to work as normal.

You may receive future MySQL 5.5 upgrade E-mails if you have accounts
on other servers.

If you have further questions or require any help please let us know.
